Welcome to AVFY Valet Co. By utilizing our valet parking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline our responsibilities, your responsibilities, and important disclaimers.

Valet Parking Disclaimer
 

By using our valet parking services, you agree to the following:

1. Limited Liability
   AVFY Valet and its employees are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of your vehicle or its contents, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. This disclaimer is provided on our tickets, quotations, proforma invoices, and invoices.
    

2. Insurance Coverage
   AVFY Valet currently does not provide any insurance coverage for vehicles parked in our care. We are working to implement an insurance policy for the future. Until further notice, no insurance is provided. We advise all customers to have their own comprehensive vehicle insurance. 
    

3. Risk and Loss
   AVFY Valet assumes no responsibility for any risks, damages, or losses related to your vehicle or its items. You acknowledge that any loss or damage incurred is at your own risk.
    

4. Vehicle Inspection
   Valet attendants may conduct a brief visual inspection of your vehicle for pre-existing damage upon receipt. Any pre-existing damage should be reported to the valet attendant before leaving the vehicle in our care.
    

5. Valuables and Personal Items
   We strongly recommend not leaving valuable items in your vehicle, including cash, jewelry, electronics, or other personal items. AVFY Valet is not responsible for any loss of personal items left in your vehicle.
    

6. Force Majeure
   AVFY Valet is not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or labor disputes.
    

7. Security Disclaimer
   While AVFY Valet takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of your vehicle, we do not guarantee its absolute safety or security. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s own risk.
    

8. Reservation Accuracy
   We aim to honor all valet parking reservations; however, availability of parking spaces is not guaranteed during peak times or high-demand events.
    

9. Payment Policy
   Payment is due on the day of the event. For payments made more than seven days after the service date, an additional 3% late fee will be charged for each week overdue.
    

10. No Warranties
    AVFY Valet provides valet parking services without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant the availability of parking spaces, promptness of service, or the security of your vehicle or its contents.
     

11. Indemnification
    By using AVFY Valet services, you agree to indemnify and hold AVFY Valet harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
     

12. Policy Changes
    AVFY Valet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and the revised terms will be accessible on our website. Please review our terms periodically to stay informed.
     

13. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable to our jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved according to these laws.
